It's still about action, training, coaching and innovation and we must continue to:
- lead by example;
- put people first;
- manage by wandering around;
- develop transparency and openness;
- get the basics right;
- keep it simple;
- remember that the little things matter!

Langauge is so important. 'Driving' culture? A senior management team pushing through changes - or co creating change in partnership with a group of skilled and committed employees?
Once we start to 'drive' culture we develop a culture that requires 'driving' - which is rarley what we set out to achieve.
